We hope to encourage you to stay healthy by providing a variety of workouts that you can do at home or on the go. Each workout includes instructions, demonstrations, and modifications for the exercises.

Fitness Virtual Group Exercise Classes

Join us online as our instructors take you through a group ex class in real time. All virtual classes are FREE! Please be sure to take the quick survey to give us your feedback on our virtual classes!

Participants can register for any group exercise class via our UNT Rec Sports App or the Rec Sports member portal. After registering you'll receive a confirmation email with the link needed to join the class.
