Group Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes are a great way to stay in shape, meet new people, and vary your workout. Register for group fitness classes through our member portal or on the Rec Sports app.

Registration opens 7 days prior to the start of class. A confirmation email with a calendar invite will be sent to you after reserving your spot.

Personal Training Information & Pricing

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and will take place in person at the Rec Center. Personal training sessions are available to current Rec Center members only and can be purchased at the Member Services desk during open hours or by hitting the "Purchase Personal Training Sessions" button below. Please be aware that sessions are non-refundable.

All new clients purchasing a personal training package also receive a complimentary fitness consultation!

Fitness Consultations

During this 50-minute consultation you'll work with a certified personal trainer to discuss your fitness goals and progress through a few assessments to help determine your training plan. After the consultation a 30-minute workout will be emailed to you.

Custom Fitness Programming

Prefer to work out independently but still want a tailored fitness plan? Our certified personal trainers will craft and send a detailed training plan tailored to your individual needs. Whether your focus is building strength, increasing endurance, losing weight, or enhancing overall health, we'll provide you with the structure and direction needed to help meet your specific goals.

The Fitness program offers a variety of events and challenges throughout the semester, and the best part is that they are FREE! Event offerings vary via semester, but may include our Fitness Expo, Dance Party, Powerlifting Competition, Popcorn & Pilates, and more.
