Personal Training Information & Package Pricing
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and will take place in person at the Rec Center.
Personal training sessions are available to current Rec Center members only and can
be purchased at the Member Services desk during open hours or by hitting the "Purchase
Personal Training Packages" button below. All new clients purchasing a personal training
package also receive a complimentary fitness assessment!

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment
This standalone Fitness Assessment is a 50-minute session with a certified personal
trainer designed to evaluate your current fitness level and help you build a safe,
effective exercise plan. This appointment includes an InBody 270 body composition
analysis along with assessments for cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and
endurance, flexibility, and mobility. After the assessment, a 30-minute workout will
be emailed to you.
Note: this assessment is included for free with the purchase of a first-time personal
training package.

Body Composition Testing
Go beyond the scale with the InBody 270 Test — a quick, non-invasive body composition
analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat,
and water. Each 25-minute assessment includes a personalized interpretation of your
InBody Result Sheet to help you understand your current fitness status and set precise,
actionable goals. We recommend scanning every 4-6 weeks to track progress.

Prefer to work out independently but still want a tailored fitness plan? Our certified
personal trainers will craft and send a detailed training plan tailored to your individual
needs. Whether your focus is building strength, increasing endurance, losing weight,
or enhancing overall health, we'll provide you with the structure and direction needed
to help meet your specific goals.
