General Information

Want to bring a fitness class to your team, club, or event? Schedule a class with us and we will bring fitness to your location of choice! Private classes are $60 per class (University residence halls receive a $10 discount).

Available formats include Yoga, Stretch, Total Strength (upper body, lower body, and core), Dance, HIIT, Glutes, and more. Mind/Body class formats should be held in a quiet environment.

Looking to host a class at the Rec Center? Please visit our Facilities Reservations and Rentals page for more information. The process for reserving space at the Rec Center is separate from the Bring Fitness To You request form.

Facilities Reservations and Rentals information

Make a Request

  • Click on the Bring Fitness To You request form button below.
  • Submit your request form at least two weeks before the event date.
  • Departments and student organizations are responsible for reserving their own facility space before the event.

Payment Information

  • Acceptable forms of payment include cash, checks, credit cards, and IDT.
  • For credit card payments: please complete at least three business days prior to the event by visiting the Rec Center main office in-person. The office is located in the Pohl Recreation Center (immediately to the right when entering the facility) and is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
  • For IDT payments: an IDT chart string must be submitted on the Bring Fitness To You request form. The account will be charged after the event takes place.
