Experience the thrill of Rec Fest 2023! Join us from August 21 for a week of 21+ fun events from different program areas, Outdoor Pursuits, Fitness, Intramurals, and Aquatics. Best of all, it's all FREE! Don't miss this chance to enjoy a variety of exciting programs.

FREE GF Classes All Day Get ready to sweat, have fun, and make new friends in our action-packed free fitness week!
Dumbbell Endurance Competition 4:00pm-6:00pm This thrilling event will push your limits and showcase your ability to endure through a series of challenging dumbbell exercises.
The Rollers' Edge 5:00pm-6:00pm Learn how to foam roll for peak performance and recovery.
Different Strokes for Different Folks 5:00pm-7:00pm Come learn and refine your swimming skills at this swim lesson sampler. Limited spots available (20).
Crate Tower Triumph 8:00pm-10:00pm Join us for a gravity defying night as you stack crates higher and higher, pushing the limits of balance, skill, and agility.

Dive-In Movie: Shark Tale 7:00pm Travel back to 2004 with "Shark Tale" at the Leisure Pool. Bring a friend and a towel - only 125 spots available, so arrive early!

Interval Training 7:00pm Experience a limit-testing interval class with dumbbells, kettlebells, ski ergs, rowers, and air bikes.
