Cycling

The Cycling Club offers UNT students the opportunity to experience recreation and competitive based events in the collegiate community. We encourage participation from anybody interested in riding. All of our activities are fitness focused but the skill levels cover a wide range; from more recreation focused rides to training and racing.

We compete in the South Central Collegiate Cycling Conference http://www.thescccc.org/ . You don't have to be interested in racing to participate in the club but we do encourage it. Collegiate racing is a great place to start for anyone who is interested. We race against Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana based teams in an atmosphere that is very beginner friendly. Currently we compete in SCCCC mountain bike and road events and offer the opportunity to compete in track events.
