Running

 

The running club is made for runners of any level of experience. Our members range from those that are just starting to run to those that have run marathons and even ultra-marathons. The running club is open for those who just want to have other people to run with to those who would like to compete in road and trail races in the DFW area. The main goal is for you to achieve your goals. Through smart training, injury prevention and the guidance of experienced runners you will find the way to achieve the goals you set for yourself.

For your convenience we have morning and afternoon practice sessions. During the spring semester we compete in events such as Cowtown, Rock and Roll Half Marathon, Big D and Warrior Dash. Participation in races is encouraged but not mandatory. There are no club dues.
