Group Ex Instructor 101

Ever wonder what it takes to become a fitness group exercise instructor? This 2-hour course will provide you with the basics on where to begin and what's important for an instructor to know before they teach. No matter what your interest, this class will provide the opportunity to see if teaching a group exercise class is for you.
