Specialty Classes

These one hour classes occur multiple times a week for four weeks, allowing you to change up your routine and focus on specific goals within the class. Led by certified instructors and personal trainers these special programs are a great way to begin working out with guided instruction or vary your already established routine. You can register for any special program in the Rec Sports Office or at our Member Services Desk in the Rec Center. You must have a valid Rec Sports membership to participate in all special programs.

Boot Camp

This intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening workout will include the use of equipment! Come work with one of our certified personal trainers in this indoor/outdoor boot camp.

Kettlebell

This program is one of the most popular ways to improve balance, strength, power, flexibility, and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome!
