BOOT CAMP

This morning boot camp class is an intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening program led by one of our certified personal trainers. This class will be held inside, or outside on the Rec Sports back patio, and will utilize a variety of equipment.

KETTLEBELL

This kettlebell program is one of the most popular ways to improve balance, strength, power, flexibility, and endurance. This class will help you quickly get in shape. Kettlebell is challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment! All levels welcome.

COUCH 2 5K TRAINING

With a detailed plan for the entire four weeks, this training program can take you from little/no running to a 5K in one month!

GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTOR 101

This two hour course will provide you with the basics on where to begin and what is important for an instructor to know before they teach. No matter what your interest, this class will provide the opportunity to see if teaching a group exercise class is for you.

PERSONAL TRAINING 101

This two hour course will provide you with an overview of a fitness assessment and a training session. This class will also explore the different personal training certifications and give you insight into which may be best for you!
