BOOT CAMP

This intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening workout will include the use of equipment! Come work with one of our certified personal trainers in this indoor/outdoor boot camp.

GET UP & MOVE

This one hour training session will get your day started on an active note. It will wake up both body and mind through 20 minute sections of resistance, cardio and flexibility training. This class will use minimal equipment, focusing mostly on your own body as resistance for the exercises.

2 FIT

Get fit through tandem style, functional workouts for you and your partner, designed to be engaging and challenging. This class will be led by one of our certified personal train

KETTLEBELL

This kettlebell program is one of the most popular ways to improve balance, strength, power, flexibility, and endurance. This class will help you quickly get in shape. Kettlebell is challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment! All fitness levels welcome.
