Are you looking for a fun and friendly environment to motivate and challenge you? Group Exercise has it all, for every person and for every level. The Rec Center offers a variety of group ex formats to provide you with the oportunity to get great workouts led by experienced instructors. Classes are motivating, fun, and challenging for all fitness levels. Group Ex can help tone your major muscles, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase flexibility, and more.
Participants must sign in upstairs, inside the group ex rooms. Classroom doors will be locked when class is scheduled to begin and no entrance will be permitted after the class has started. Classes are subject to change or cancellation due to low participation; classes must have a minimum of 2 participants. Participants must be 16 years of age.
**PASSES WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN**

GROUP EX EVENTS
Come join the party and enjoy 1.5 hours of FREE Zumba! This Zumba Party will be held on our indoor basketball court; come and go as you please and sample all of our Zumba instructors as they play your favorite songs.
Align with the stars and stretch to the moon and back with FREE Moonlight Yoga. Pair this class with Vertical Happy Hour ad the climbing wall for an evening of free climbing and yoga. Whether you climb, do yoga, or both, you will leave feeling refreshed and ready for anything.
**This class will be held outside in the Rec Sports "backyard."**
