Are you looking for a fun and friendly environment to motivate and challenge you? Group Exercise has it all, for every person and for every level. The Rec Center offers a variety of group ex formats to provide you with the opportunity to get great workouts led by experienced and certified instructors. Classes are motivating, fun, and challenging for all fitness levels. Group Ex can help tone your major muscles, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase flexibility, and more.
Participants should sign in upstairs inside the group ex studio. Classroom doors will be locked when class is scheduled to begin and no entrance will be permitted after the class has started. Classes are subject to change or cancelation due to low participation and must have a minimum of 2 participants. Participants must be 16 years of age.

Group Ex Passes
Stop by the Member Services desk, located inside the Rec Center, to purchase your GX pass. Spring GX passes are valid through May 4. Summer GX passes are valid May 20-August 9. Passes will not be replaced if they are lost or stolen.
