Are you looking for a fun and friendly environment to motivate and challenge you? Group Exercise has it all, for every person and for every level. The Rec Center offers a variety of group ex formats to provide you with the oportunity to get great workouts led by experienced instructors. Classes are motivating, fun, and challenging for all fitness levels. Group Ex can help tone your major muscles, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase flexibility, and more.

Participants must sign in upstairs, inside the group ex rooms. Classroom doors will be locked when class is scheduled to begin and no entrance will be permitted after the class has started. Classes are subject to change or cancellation due to low participation; classes must have a minimum of 2 participants. Participants must be 16 years of age.

Group Ex Passes

The Group Ex Semester Unlimited pass has been reduced from $55 to $25! Stop by the Rec Center's Member Services desk to purchase your Fall Unlimited pass today!

Special Note: Group Exercise classes are all FREE through September 1. Beginning September 2, a Fall 2018 GX pass (unlimited or single class) is needed to participate. Classes with a star next to them are FREE the entire semester - no pass necessary. Beginning December 9 all Group Exercise classes will be FREE again - no pass required to participate!
