Have you let your diet slide over the winter months? This early morning class is a great way to work your way toward that beach body for this summer. You will see the benefits from this intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening class just in time for the beach!

 Aqua Zumba

Known as the Zumba® "pool party," the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are all part of the regular aqua zumba class! Try this class that is a challenging, water based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief!

RMR Testing

How many calories do you burn in a day? RMR is the Resting Metabolic Rate or the calories burned during a day at rest. After sitting quietly for 10 minutes before the test, you breathe into the RMR device for 5-15 minutes. Results are then computer-analyzed to provide you with an estimate of how many calories to consume daily without weight gain.

Clients should not eat or drink coffee or caffeine, use nicotine, or exercise 4 hours prior to the test; drinking water is permitted. Test takes approximately 30 minutes.
