SUMMER 2016 FITNESS PROGRAMS 

BOOTCAMP AROUND CAMPUS

This morning bootcamp class is an intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening program led by one of our certified personal trainers.  Join us as we take our workout "around campus" to challenge our bodies in new and creative ways!

KETTLEBELL

This kettlebell program is one of the most popular ways to improve balance, strength, power, flexibility, and endurance. This class will help you quickly get in shape. Kettlebell is challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment! All levels welcome.

TREAD AND TRAIN

Tread & Train is for anyone, but everyone will be challenged. The class alternates between short bursts of treadmill intervals and bursts of functional strength and resistance training on the floor. T & T is the perfect full body workout for all levels of fitness. Walkers, joggers, runners, and sprinters all work on the same interval but at their own pace.

BOOTCAMP

This intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening workout will include the use of equipment! Come work with one of our certified personal trainers in this indoor/outdoor bootcamp. Class will be held in the group exercise classroom or in the "backyard" of the Rec Center (weather permitting).

COUCH 2 5K TRAINING

This 4-week program is designed to get you up and running to matter your fitness level. This program can help take you from little/no running to a 5K in one month or help to cut some time away from your 5K time if you are a more experienced runner. With this program you will meet 2 days a week and receive a detailed plan for the entire 4 weeks.
