BOOT CAMPS

Session I: Boot Camp Around Campus
This morning bootcamp class is an intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening program led by one of our certified personal trainers. Join us as we take our workout "around campus" to challenge our bodies in new and creative ways!

Session II: Indoor Boot Camp
This morning bootcamp class is an intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening program led by one of our certified personal trainers. Session II will be held indoors (in studio B) using a variety of equipment.

TREAD AND TRAIN

Tread & Train is for anyone, but everyone will be challenged. The class alternates between short bursts of treadmill intervals and bursts of functional strength and resistance training on the floor. T & T is the perfect full body workout for all levels of fitness. Walkers, joggers, runners, and sprinters all work on the same interval but at their own pace.
**Tread and Train is a 4 week course**

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS

Lifting weights isn’t just for the guys! This 4-week introductory weight lifting class is designed to empower women to lift weights and transform their bodies. The goals of WOW are to assist women in improving their posture, increasing their strength, and reducing their body fat.

OBSTACLE CHALLENGE

We are on a mission to find Rec Sports' best competitor! Think you have what it takes? Bring it on! Put yourself to the test. Prizes awarded to the top male and female winners. No pre-registration required. Takes place on the indoor basketball courts.

YOGA ROCKS

Meeting at the Climbing Wall, this program brings the best of both worlds together offering a unique experience combining yoga and rock climbing. Participants will enhance their yoga practice and climbing techniques while developing strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility. Space is limited to 6! All fitness levels welcome, and no climbing experience is necessary.

KETTLEBELL

This kettlebell program is one of the most popular ways to improve balance, strength, power, flexibility, and endurance. This class (meeting in Studio A) will help you quickly get in shape. Kettlebell is challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment! All levels welcome. Space is limited.

BENCH PRESS COMPETITION

Register for our bench press competition! Divisions for men and women. Various weight classes available. Must register by Tuesday, November 17 at 5:00pm (no late entries will be accepted). Takes place on the indoor basketball courts.
