Beach Body Boot Camp

Let us help you get ready for summer! This early morning bootcamp is an intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening program led by our certified personal trainers. From sports drills to plyometrics, anything goes!

Session I: May 13-May 31
Register by May 10
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6:30-7:30am

$45 Students & Members
(Students must be enrolled during Maymester classes or purchase a 3Wk membership to the Rec Center)

Boot Camp

This early morning bootcamp class is an intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening program led by our certified personal trainers. From sports drills to plyometrics, anything goes! Fitness assesments are completed the first and last day of bootcamp to show your progress. Prizes are awarded to participants that improve the most!

Join this class that is quickly becoming one of the most popular ways to improve strength, power, flexibility and endurance. this kettlebell class will help you quickly get in shape!

Aqua Zumba

Known as the Zumba® pool party," the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are all part of the regular aqua zumba class! Try this class that is a challenging, water based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief!
