New Year New You?

Ready for a new you? Join this 6 week program and start the year off right! During our Kickoff event, participants will receive a 10 times group exercise pass, complete pre-testing, along with a Q&A session with UNT’s Health and Wellness registered dietician. Let us help you with your New Year’s Resolution and make this your best year yet!

Fit Camp

This early morning bootcamp program is a complete body workout combining high intensity, total body conditioning, and speed & agility training led by our certified personal trainers. This is great for improving cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. All fitness levels welcome.

Kettlebell Training

This Kettlebell program is one of the most popular ways to improve balance, strength, power, flexibility, and endurance. This class will help you quickly get in shape. Kettlebell is challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment! All fitness levels welcome.

Water Aerobics

This water aerobics program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. This program will include low-impact moves to improvve cardio, core strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Come join the fun! Class will be held in the Lap Pool. All fitness levels welcome.

Forget everything you think you know about high-intensity workouts. This program offers a total body, circuit training workout that uses only your body weight as resistance. Push your limits and get in insane shape! Are you up to the challenge?

  Yoga Rocks

This program brings the best of both worlds together offering a unique experience combining yoga and rock climbing. Participants will enhance their yoga practice and climbing techniques while developing strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome. No climbing experience necessary.
