Beach Body Boot Camp

This early morning bootcamp program is a complete body workout combining high intensity, total body conditioning, and speed & agility training led by our certified personal trainers. This is great for improving cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. All fitness levels welcome.

Maymester: May 12-30 (Register by May 9)
Session I: June 2-27

Session II: July 7-August 1

Kettlebell Training

This Kettlebell program is one of the most popular ways to improve balance, strength, power, flexibility, and endurance. This class will help you quickly get in shape. Kettlebell is challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment! All fitness levels welcome.

Session I: June 2-27 (Register by May 30)
Session II: July 7-August 1

Water Aerobics

This water aerobics program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. This program will include low-impact moves to improvve cardio, core strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Come join the fun! Class will be held in the Lap Pool. All fitness levels welcome.

Session I: June 3-26 (Register by June 2)
Session II: July 8-31 (Register by July 7)
