Come join our FREE Fitness Fridays! Members can participate in any of the following freebies: blood pressure checks, body fat tests, 12:15-12:45pm group exercise class and weight room tours.

Forget everything you think you know about high-intensity workouts. This program offers a total body, circuit training workout that uses only your body weight as resistance. Push your limits and get in insane shape! Are you up to the challenge?

Water Aerobics

This water aerobics program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. This program will include low-impact moves to improve cardio, core strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Come join the fun! Class will be held in the Lap Pool. All fitness levels welcome.

Boot Camp

This early morning boot camp program is a complete workout combing high intensity, total body conditioning, along with speed and agility training. This program is great for improving cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. All fitness levels welcome; pre and post testing done the first and last week to show progress!

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a self-defense technique that was developed and tested in battle by the ancient warriors in Thailand. This incredible style will be passed to participants in the form of five major components; punches, knees, elbows, clinching, and kicks. Muay Thai Kickboxing is a great practice of fitness, and also for learning an effective and practical form of self-defense.

Kettlebell Training

This Kettlebell program is one of the most popular ways to improve balance, strength, power, flexibility, and endurance. This class will help you quickly get in shape. Kettlebell is challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment! All fitness levels welcome.

Fitness Challenge

Think you've got what it takes? Bring it on! Register for the Fall Fintess Challenge and put yourself to the test. Challenges will test strength, endurance and more. Prizes go to each category winner and overall winner.
