SUMMER 2015 FITNESS PROGRAMS

BOOT CAMP AROUND CAMPUS

This morning bootcamp class is an intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening program led by one of our certified personal trainers. Join us as we take our workout “around campus” to challenge our bodies in a new and creative way!

DATES:  MON/WED/FRI  

TIMES: 6:45 AM-7:45 AM

COST: $45

TREAD & TRAIN

Tread & Train is for anyone, but everyone will be challenged. The class alternates between short bursts of treadmill intervals and bursts of functional strength and resistance training on the floor. T & T is the perfect full body workout for all levels of fitness. Walkers, joggers, runners, and sprinters all work on the same interval but at their own pace.

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS

Lifting weights isn’t just for the guys! This 4-week introductory weight lifting class is designed to empower women to lift weights and transform their bodies. The goals of WOW are to assist women in improving their posture, increasing their strength, and reducing their body fat.

KETTLEBELL

Join this class that is one of the most popular ways to improve balance, strength, power, flexibility and endurance. This class will help you quickly get into shape! Kettlebell is challenging, efficient and you only need one piece of equipment!

TIMES: 5:30 PM-6:30 PM

COST: $45
