Fitness Assessments

Fitness assessments provide information needed to develop reasonable and attainable fitness goals. The results of a fitness assessment can provide you with information useful in making possible lifestyle decisions.

Personal trainers conduct a number of tests including blood pressure, hand grip, height, weight, body composition, cardio-respiratory, flexibility, Reebok crunch, push up, muscular strength and muscular endurance to provide a starting point to your fitness path.

Assessments can be personalized to meet your fitness needs and take about an hour. Fitness Assessments are available to students ($28) and Rec Center members ($35) only.

Body Composition Testing

Certified trainers will measure your ratio of lean body mass to fat body mass using a skinfold caliper. By appointment only. Students and Rec Center members only for $10.
