Are you looking for a fun and friendly environment to motivate and challenge you? Group Exercise has it all, for every person and for every level! The Pohl Recreation Center offers a variety of group exercise formats to provide you with the opportunity to get great workouts led by experienced instructors. Classes are motivating, fun, and challenging for all fitness levels. Group exercise can help tone your major muscles, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase flexibility, and more.

Participants must sign in upstairs, inside the group exercise rooms. All passes must be purchased at Member Services desk. Classroom doors will be locked when class is scheduled to begin and no entrance will be permitted after class has started. Classes are subject to change or cancellation due to low participation; class must have a minimum of 2 participants.

**Special Note** The Thursday Yoga I class from 12:00p-1:00p has been canceled for the remainder of the summer. Please see the updated schedule of classes below.

Attend group exercise classes to receive Free Aerobucks! Each class earns you 1 buck. Collect your bucks and redeem them for great prizes once you collect 25 bucks. Prizes vary; Aerobucks may be redeemed in our main office, M-F, 8am to 5pm. Aerobucks will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
