SUMMER 2016 GROUP EXERCISE INFORMATION

Are you looking for a fun and friendly environment to motivate and challenge you? Group Exercise has it all, for every person and for every level. The Rec Center offers a variety of group ex formats to provide you with the oportunity to get great workouts led by experienced instructors. Classes are motivating, fun, and challenging for all fitness levels. Group Ex can help tone your major muscles, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase flexibility, and more. Participants must sign in upstairs, inside the group ex rooms. All passes must be purchased at the Member Services desk. Classroom doors will be locked when class is scheduled to begin and no entrance will be permitted after the class has started. Classes are subject to change or cancellation due to low participation; classes must have a minimum of 2 participants. Participants must be 16 years of age.
**SPECIAL NOTE: PASSES WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN**
