Are you looking for a fun and friendly environment to motivate and challenge you? Group Exercise has it all, for every person and for every level! The Pohl Recreation Center offers a variety of group exercise formats to provide you with the opportunity to get great workouts led by experienced instructors. Classes are motivating, fun, and challenging for all fitness levels. Group exercise can help tone your major muscles, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase flexibility, and more.

Participants must sign in upstairs, inside the group exercise rooms. All passes must be purchased at Member Services desk. Classroom doors will be locked when class is scheduled to begin and no entrance will be permitted after class has started. Classes are subject to change or cancellation due to low participation; class must have a minimum of 2 participants.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS

 GROUP EX REMIXED

Not sure which group exercise class is right for you? This 90 minute class (meeting on the indoor basketball courts) will allow you to sample multiple formats and multiple instructors. Come sample 15-20 minutes of the following formats: Yoga, Zumba, Tabata Interval Training, and Kickboxing.

 COSMIC NIGHT

Get ready to light up your night! All classes in Studio B will be taught in the dark with black lights. Wear neon and white to glow! Glow sticks will be provided.
